Constellations hosted a special screening of the film Dune. This film adaptation of Frank Herbert’s science fiction novel centers on the son of a noble family entrusted with the protection of the most valuable asset and most vital element in the galaxy. After the film, Jenell Johnson (Communication Arts), Ramzi Fawaz (English), and Frederic Neyrat (English) engaged in a 30-minute panel to discuss the film in relation to the topics of the three Constellation courses: health and inequality, fascism, and planetary humanities.
